We recently featured a story here on OBLOGDEE naming Maxim Martsinkevich, also known as “Tesak”, as WANTED – using the instance of kidnappings and assaults of young gay men or me perceived as being gay. We also reported his recent complicity in similar kidnapping and assault of a young South African Student.
Now according to an article in LGBTQ Nation, a warrant for the arrest of Martsinkevich, has been issued by Russian prosecuting authority. Maxin is facing charges under Part 1 of article 282 of the Russian Criminal Code, Incitement of ethnic and social hatred. The charge is punishable by a sentence of 3–5 years imprisonment. Martsinkevich has already spent time in prison for the same crimes.
According to the LGBTQ Nation, a spokesperson for the Russian federal prosecutors said that the case against Martsinkevich was initiated after two videos were posted on the internet which depict assault and harassment of citizens of Ukraine and a citizen of Iraq who are alleged to be gay. Martsinkevich appears in the videos assaulting and humiliating his victims.
In the case of the Iraqi citizen, Martsinkevich is alleged to have sodomized the victim off camera with a police-style baton he displayed for the camera; immediately following, the victim’s screams can be heard in the background.
Now I ask surely the charges now should include rape?
I have found out that this would not be the first time that Martsinkevich has been accused of raping men. A source has told me that two men have reported being sodomized by Martsinkevich. It would seem that the entire gang of utlra-nationalist thugs known as Occupy Pedophilia have participated in these sex crimes and it is probably a matter of time before warrants are put out for all their arrests, including the woman who helped torture the young South African featured in our earlier article.
It seems these men have not been forthright in their desire to attack other men. Their interest may be sexual and not purely vengeance. Have they been pretending all along? After all why the fascination for only gays who the accuse of pedophilia? Why have they never tried to trap straight men who are pedophiles? Are they pure homophobes or are they interested in the young men themselves? Judging by the accusations of two new victims, it would seem that Martsinkevich himself has been sexually aroused by these encounters.
Martsinkevich thought he could rape the men with impunity as he was of the belief that they would not have the courage to report the crimes. However once he attacked foreigners, citizens of other countries, the tables turned as diplomatic channels have been used to promote his arrest.
A few publications are reporting that Martsinkevich claimed in a series of posts on his VK page claims to have allegedly fled Russian territory to avoid the legal charges, posting pictures of himself on a beach in the Koh Chang Tai district in Thailand.
LGBTQ Nation did their homework and found out from Thai immigration authorities that there was no recent record of Martsinkevich entering the country within the past two weeks, although records indicate he has previously visited the country. So it seems he has been trying to escape arrest by pretending to be out the country.It also seems that Martsinkevich has a lot more to hide than he is showing on his videos.

This behaviour is without doubt brought on by persecution of homosexuals. If a boy is raised to hate gays, then discovers to his horror that he is gay himself, then he knows he cannot safely come out. So in order to avoid discovery, he is the loudest homophobe of them all. Who would ever suspect that the gay-hating killer of gays, was himself gay the whole time?
