Sexual Minorities Uganda Lawsuit Charges Abiding Truth Ministries President Scott Lively with Persecution   | Oral Argument in Springfield, MA Wednesday, November 9, 11:00 AM

livelyPSSpringfield, MA – On Wednesday, Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG), represented by the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) and co-counsel, will argue in a federal lawsuit against Abiding Truth Ministries President, Scott Lively. Lively, represented by Liberty Counsel – itself designated a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center – lost his argument to dismiss the suit and is now seeking summary judgment in the case to keep it from going to trial.
