Russian white supremacist, Neo Nazi, Ultra Nationalist and Gay basher Maxim Martsinkevich has been arrested in Cuba in an international arrest warrant, Russian police reported today, according to media reports.
Russia was informed by Cuban police of the arrest of Martsinkevich, otherwise known as Tesak, through Interpol, the Russian Interior Ministry said in a statement.
The details of Martsinkevich’s extradition were currently being finalized, Russia’s Investigative Committee said in a statement Saturday.
In a January 9 post on his website, Martsinkevich, believing he was safe in international territory, wrote that he had flown to Cuba from the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, via the German city of Frankfurt. He thought he was invincible.
Martsinkevich founded the Occupy Pedophile vigilante group, which lures gay men under false pretenses to apartments, where the are held against their will, assaulted and degraded. He would the post the event online, exposing his victim to further ridicule.
Martsinkevich has over 130,000 subscribers to his page on Russian social networking site Vkontakte where he posts information about himself and his political beliefs.
The former leader of banned nationalist group Format 18, Martsinkevich was released from prison in 2010 after serving a three and a half year sentence on incitement to hatred charges.
There are reports that he has allegedly sodomized a man with a bottle in one such kidnap attack.
Tesak has personally threatened me on this BLOG when we published articles accusing him of being gay, which in essence were just bait articles to help obtain IP address to track him down.
